| 1 |  You will find Rero by a tree in between Chirai Shrine and Mt. Kanna. He will ask you to go to his wife's grave to retrieve a ring. |
| 2 |  Rero's wife was buried by a tree, southeast of the ruins in Chirai Shrine. Digging up the grave will spawn a Thunderhelm Lawachurl which you will have to defeat! |
| 3 |  Defeating the Lawachurl will trigger a cutscene that completes the request, and you can collect a Precious Chest.. |

Rero's Wife's Grave is only a short walk away from his location. Head to Chirai Shrine and dig by a tree to retrieve the wife's ring for Rero!

Who is Rero the Ghost?
Rero is one of the ten ghostly illusions on Tsurumi Island. He can't board the boat of the afterlife yet because he wishes to retrieve his wife's ring.
How to Unlock Rero and Other Ghosts
Rero will only appear near Chirai Shrine after you've finished the Through the Mists quest series and cleared the fog on Tsurumi Island completely.

The cutscene was nothing more than a blank screen, for me. Then I went to my teapot, then Mondstadt, and the ghost appeared randomly at the teleportal... after that the chest appeared by the grave site, in Inazuma. It appears to be part of the prank that this husband and wife were playing a bazillion years ago?
