Four Spots Within Chenyu Vale

The objective will mark four scenic spots in Chenyu Vale where you can take pictures using your Kamera. Each photo requires a specific angle and should be taken within a specific time range. These can be taken in any order.

How to Take the Jademouth Photo

Head to Jademouth

The closest scenic spot for the photography contest is Jademouth, located south of Yilong Wharf. Head there and find the marked area along the river.

Take a Photo of the Ring with a Green Pearl

There are two giant rings nearby: one closer to you on your right and a farther one on the left. Jademouth is the giant ring on your left with a giant green pearl tied to it. Take a picture of it with your Kamera between 08:00 - 10:00 for the Scenic Photography Contest.

How to Take the Qiaoying Village Photo

Head to Qiaoying Village

The second photo for the Chenyu Vale Scenic Photography Contest is at Qiaoying Village, which is located on the northeast section of Chenyu Vale. Fast travel to the village and look for the duck pond.

Talk to the Girl Next to a Pelican

Find a girl named Mingjing, who is accompanying a pelican, near the pond. Talk to her and you will learn a line from this conversation that Mingjing uses to call for pelicans.

Call the Pelicans

The photo needs both the ducks and the pelicans in frame. Call for the pelicans by shouting "Hree hree! Hree hree anng anng hree hree!".

Take a Photo of the Village with the Birds

Quickly pull out your Kamera and take a picture of the birds and the village between 15:00 - 17:00 to complete the objective.

How to Take the Lotus Pond Photo

Head to Teatree Slope

South from the Qiaoying Village is Teatree Slope, where you'll need to take a photo of the Lotus Pond at night.

Defeat the Slimes

Like the Chenyu Vale Scenic Photography Contest guidebook warned, there will be monsters near the scenic spot that you have to deal with first before you can continue.

Take a Photo of the Lotus Pond

Once it's clear, skip to nighttime between 19:00 - 20:00 and take a photo of the Lotus Pond for another entry.

How to Take the Mt. Xuanlian Photo

Head to Mt. Xuanlian

Further to the south is the last scenic spot, Mt. Xuanlian. But to get a good angle, you'll have to stand on a cliff near Yaodie Valley.

Defeat the Hilichurls

The marked area is just north of the teleport waypoint. Upon reaching the area, you'll find one of the contestants being kidnapped by Hilichurls.

Defeat the Hilichurls to rescue Akai who will point you to a good picture-taking spot for saving him.

Take a Photo of Mt. Xuanlian

When you're ready to get the last Chenyu Vale Scenic Photography Contest entry, skip to 17:00 - 18:00 and take a picture of Mt. Xuanlian within the time range to complete the objective!
