Go to the Electro Anomaly
The Electro Anomaly is the challenge mechanism south of the Kujou Encampment. Starting the challenge will automatically activate the Weaving Lightning stage in Thunder Sojourn!

Use the Nimbus Gems
Summon an Electograna or be affected by Electro and approach Nimbus Gems to link up to them. Once once linked, Nimbus Gems will provide you with buffs!
