Yeah, that's probably because it also doesn't work on things like electro puzzles as well except for the initial hit? Seems you need to cause damage to have the skill do its thing, so if your target can't take damage when you smack it it doesn't fire off the electro damage.
That's what I'm using at the moment since I coincidentally got it off the standard banner while using the free summons from ascending her. It's not like it's a bad weapon on her, there are just others that arguably work better with her scaling if you have them. Of course, it's obviously more geared toward playing as a main dps though. If you're going with an off the field approach anyway, you should probably try to get the new fishing polearm or perhaps craft a starglitter.
Is it okay to equip her primodial spear?
She's a skip on my F2P acct. Fishcl is a better off-field electro and Electro MC is a better battery since his battery is in his skill not the burst
Her off-field skill does not work on shields so it can't be used to break Hydro/Pyro Abyss Mage Shields that's actually my only disappointment on her

Exaggeration. Try out her trial and find out. She's Sub-DPS, not main DPS. So try out her Q.

Assuming it was on the same banner, you should pull Raiden on your next 5*

Yeah with her elemental skill buffs the entire party elemental burst damage (except herself)
Yo guys i have a question. The last time i found a 5* characters was on Ayaka banner. I found Ayaka first and then few pulls later i found diluc. Now my question is: on raiden shogun banner i have 50% or 100% chance to find her?
