100% agree not everyone has to be Ganyu. She is a very very good support. Plus she is quite fun.
She has some flaws, like people have mentioned with the skill not breaking abyss mage and fatui shields very well for instance. But some of these complaints are too exaggerated. Do some of you people need every character to destroy an entire planet with one button something? My artifacts aren't great, my weapon needs work, her talents are barely leveled up enough to count as a minimum target level, and she still does fine. Better than fine. This feels like how people complained about Childe.

My baal with 4 emblem that are not good in substats easily do 100.000 on burst ... for me is ss
This guide is way off on a lot of things about Baal. Currently Emblem doesn't completely buff Baal. There's a lawsuit going around because of the nerfed interactions with sets, weapons, and chars. The 2 piece bonus on Emblem currently didn't give her any extra electro dmg through her passive skill, her burst does not work with skyward spine (or any wep with normal/charged atk bonus), and she does not work with Beidou. This guide is a bit poor and she's definitely not SS. A tier at best.
Electro-charged Tartaglia along with Beidou + Raiden + Rainslasher Sayu.

Well if you didn't skip Eula then at the very least you got one of her better team mate
and her off-field don't trigger on shields, you can justify that it's more for buffing burst of other characters but wasting burst on every single random enemy while exploring is a waste, you can make a team with tons of energy recharge and make a burst spam team but that narrows down her team and it takes F*ton of artifact farming and luck to get both high DMG and ER
What's wrong from his statement it's true isn't it? Oz hits harder off field=True, Raiden's Battery capabilities are locked in her burst=True
you don't even need electro MC, almost all anemo characters are better at being battery like Jean generates lots of particles every 6sec. Raiden takes eternity to gain resolve and energy and then generates energy from her 6sec. burst lol.
I skipped Kazuha, Ayaka and Yoimiya for this? Hoping they buff her coz as of right now she's not good, only redeeming quality is burst and even that is no good, it takes time to stack resolve, gain 90 energy and for what? few seconds to shine, what am I supposed to kill in that few seconds 5 hilichurls?
Yeah Raiden is all about burst, otherwise all her skills lack impact, weak normal and weak ES that doesn't even proc on shields, at least it's not stationary like Oz I guess.

If they just made the knockback on overload the same as attacking larger enemies ( a kind of interrupt) then pyro and electro would work well together. The damn knock back just kills it or forces an anemo to group everything up again which is not always possible.
I run her either on support for Eula for the superconduct like you said, or as the dps with Xingqui support her so his burst and her skill can work together. Poor man's alternative to a Tartaglia. Still need to level some other people that could be a decent main dps in that grouping for faster attack speeds. Pyro dps with Raiden on support is pretty fun, if not the most effective. My Yanfei was throwing everybody everywhere with the explosions.
She's not a bad character. The problem is less her and more Electro element itself rn. Only decentish comps she really fits into is a super conduct team for physical damage main dps or an electro charged comp which needs a good hydro main dps which only Childe atm fills. You can use her in any comp but she will break the 2 strongest comps focusing on either freeze or the highest dps comp being vap/melt. Compare her to other archons and she's a lot more niche by comparison due to Electro.
Raiden is insane. I have no plan, what those people are talking about. With the first slash of her ult, she deals 161k damage with lvl 80 and talent lvl 6 in my case. Just play the trial and make your own opinion about her. Her playstyle is pure fun imo
