Is it guide saying to use HP/healing Kokomi for bloom teams? Shouldn't you build her on EM and Flower of Paradise Lost since she triggers the bloom damage?
Why is ash-graven drinking horn not a viable option?
Get C2 if you are a Kokomi simp. If you have max EM Kokomi, C2 will easen up the loss of your healing prowess.

I also agree that she isn't a ss support (anymore). Maybe s or even just a tier. But I use her as a dps and healer in mono hydro furina (kazuha, xingqiu) teams. And that's a really good team. So maybe up her a bit on dps like b tier maybe (like Noelle. Guess that's fair)
