Hyperbloom Kokomi is very decent for abyss suvivability. Her burst hyperbloom combo go brrr XD

Tenacity is definitely not the best artifact set for her lol.

Sure Koko’s jelly is stationary but she overheals, makes up damage w/ the clam set, and has 100% jelly uptime with burst. Did I mention her hydro application is excellent? If you have Qiqi and no other healer than Barbs, of course use her. But she is no longer relevant.l - meta speaking anyway.

Which one would be better for the circlet? Healing bonus or HP? I feel like healing bonus would be great for healer Kokomi but not for dps, while hp would be better for dps Kokomi but not healer. I don’t currently have her but I pre-farmed pretty much everything. I’m just waiting for her to have a re-run (even if I am not able to get everlasting moon glow I have prototype amber materials ready just need the catalyst billet to make it).

I'am really impressed with kokomi. I pulled for her for a decent hydro applicator for my ayaka, not expecting much more than a better barbara....i was waaaaay wrong. She at lvl 50 heals more than my fully build barbara at 80 with talents 7 and 7. She SLAPS during the burst, can buff thanks to TTotds and apply hydro really well. Damn, she's good!
