Completing any of the Weekly Boss Challenges has a chance to drop one Dream Solvent after claiming it with Original Resin.
Dream Solvent Drop Rate
Dream Solvent is not a guaranteed drop, meaning you don't always get it as a reward. Although Dream Solvent is quite a rare drop, it seems like it drops more often than Weapon Billets.
How to Use Dream Solvent
Use to Convert Weekly Boss Materials
Dream Solvent is used to convert Talent Ascension Materials that you get from Weekly Bosses. You can only convert the materials into other materials that come from the same Weekly Boss.
How to Convert Character Materials
Use to Convert Billet Drops
Another use of Dream Solvent is to convert Northlander Billets to Midlander Billets, or vice-versa! Billets are crafting materials used to forge craftable weapons.
You can get Northlander Billets from any of the weekly bosses available, and on the other hand, you can only get Midlander Billets from the Scaramouche Boss challenge and Tree of Dreams rewards!

Anonymous about 1 yearSo since it's not guaranteed anyway, I can also just do the lowest stages? I swim in boss mats and don't need anymore of them, but I need dream solvents very badly.
