Talk to Vile, who is located near the statue of Barbatos, to begin the quest.

Genshin - The Sound of Discord - Look for the suspicious person
To to the marked area in Mondstadt and look for the suspicious person. He'll inform you of the location of a Treasure Hoarder camp.

Genshin - The Sound of Discord - Treasure Hoarder Camp
Go to the Treasure Hoarder camp and eliminate the Treasure Hoarders.

Genshin - The Sound of Discord - Return to Vile
After eliminating the Treasure Hoarders, return to Vile to finish the quest.
