Complete Quest: Life Flows On (I)
Obtain Inquisitive Endora and unlock the Exploration Areas by completing the prerequisite quest Life Flows On (I)!

Travelers will be able to team up with Endora, a mini Oceanid, to capture Oceanid Creatures all over Teyvat. Equip Endora from the Gadget inventory to aim her skill at Oceanid Creatures and increase an area's Exploration Progress!
How to Use Endora
Equip Endora from Gadget Inventory
Using Endora as a gadget will replace your Elemental Skill with Endora's Bubble Split skill. Use Endora again to switch back to your Elemental Skill if needed!
Use Bubble Split to Capture Oceanid Creatures
Pressing and holding the Bubble Split skill will let you adjust the skill's distance. Aim at Oceanid Creatures and hold the Elemental Skill for the appropriate amount of time to capture them.
Tip: you can use Cryo to hold the Oceanid Creatures in place! Be careful when you damage them, though...
Don't defeat Oceanid Creatures!
Your exploration progress will not increase if you fight and defeat the Oceanid Creatures, so stick to capturing them!
Heart of the Spring
You will be rewarded with a “Heart of the Spring” after completing an Exploration Area. These are used to get rewards from the event Boss Fight, Rhodeia's Rage as a substitute for Original Resin.
You may only get one rewards package one time per Heart of the Spring.
Use Either Heart of the Spring or Original Resin
You can use 40 Original Resin to claim the rewards from the boss fight, but using Heart of the Spring is recommended to save Resin. Besides, you might not have any other use for Heart of the Spring once the event is over!
Max 5 Heart of Springs for the Event
You can claim up to 5 Heart of the Springs in total, as there is a total of five areas in the event.
Endora's Education Levels
Wishful Drops Exploration Areas
To progress in the Wishful Drops event, you have to capture Oceanid Creatures in different exploration areas. There is a surplus of Oceanid Creatures, meaning your exploration progress will be completed before you capture them all.

Exploration Rewards
Each Wishful Drops Exploration Area yields the same rewards. You will receive a set of the following each time you reach 100% Exploration Progress in an area!

Wishful Drops Wind Barriers
There will sometimes be Oceanid Creatures stuck inside Wind Barriers. To capture them, either get to a high location and use Endora's Bubble Split skill or use updrafts (from either Venti or a Wind Catcher) to glide inside the barrier.
Investigation Progress & Final Quest
How to Unlock Life Flows On (II)
After achieving 100% exploration progress on all Wishful Drops areas, players will unlock the Life Flows On (II) quest. This is the last quest in the event, and the final step to getting a Mini Oceanid Endora Pet!

Wishful Drops Boss Fight
Raging Rhodeia
During the Wishful Drops event you will fight the Oceanid... but this time you will be able to deal damage to its body directly! Rhodeia will have some new attacks too, making it harder to defeat than normal.
Use Resin or Heart of the Spring to claim rewards
If you have a Heart of the Spring with you, you will have no choice but to use it when claiming rewards. You can only use Original Resin if you're out of Heart of the Springs.
How to Use and Restore Original Resin
Available in Co-Op Mode
Don't be shy to ask for help with defeating Raging Rhodeia in Co-Op mode:

How to Get Mini Oceanid Pet Companion
When you finish the exploration part of the event, you will get to keep Endora as a companion pet, just like the Seelie pets from the Lost Riches event.
