This quest can be found under the Lantern Rite Tales part of the event where you have to complete requests all over Liyue Harbor to increase your Festive Fever level.

When Scholar Meets Legend Objectives
- Talk to Soraya
- Retrieve the soil sample
- Report back to Soraya
- Follow the mountain path
- Defeat the hilichurls
- Talk to Soraya
Walkthrough
| Objectives | |

| 1 |  Teleport to Mt. Tianheng, which is just outside of Liyue, then talk to Soraya. |
| 2 |  Head up the stairs and retrieve the soil sample which is near a stone lantern and by the lake. Then return to Soraya. |
| 3 |  Climb up the mountain again to the designated spot and then defeat the hilichurls |
| 4 |  Talk to Soraya one last time to finish the quest |

Soil Sample Location
If you are having trouble on finding the soil sample, it's located close to the water, in front of a stone lantern. There will be a small glowing spot in the right place.
