To unlock this quest, you have to complete both the main Event Quest, The Origin of the Lantern, and the first Lantern Rite Tales quest, City of Chores. Some quests are also time-locked, so check back once the event progresses!
This quest can be found under the Lantern Rite Tales part of the event where you have to complete requests all over Liyue Harbor to increase your Festive Fever level.

Head to Wanmin Restaurant and talk to Chef Mao. |

Go to Atsuko by the Harbor to deliver her food, there is a 40 second time limit so you need to get to her quick. |

Go and talk to Guanhai who is near a big Anchor. When he asks for an order, answer "Squirrel Fish". |

Go and talk to Zhihua who is near a boat. When he asks for an order, answer "Lotus Flower Crisp". |

Go and talk to Hammer who is near a boat. When he asks for an order, answer "Bamboo Shoot Soup". |

Head back to Wanmin Restaurant and talk to Chef Mao, then give him a Xiao Lantern to finish the quest. |

I'm at a high AR but basically a beginner at RPG games.
My current team is xiangling, keqing, ganyu, and qiqi/traveler/barbara switching between if theres healing needed. I'm thinking of hu tao/klee/mona joining the team, but what party set up would be good?
(Personally don't want to take keqing out because I love overload hehe)
Also, are there characters that don't work together well?
