I gave mine to Amber. She’s best at hard hitting charged shots on weak points against single enemies from a slight distance and the bow matches that style pretty well.
i only got kujo sara and amber. who should i give this to?
Just tested this R1 vs Compound Bow R5 with Fischl C6 on Masanori. R5 wins with/without OZ out. Also tried on Shogun in coop to get some range bonus and there wasn't anything noticeable. Was disappointed I wasted all the resources. I also saw another person post elsewhere he tried the same thing and said the same thing before. I should have just listened.

If you have the bow - sure, why not? But you shouldn't actively try to make Fischl your main dps. Same for Gorou. They're either sub dps or support. It's not that it's bad on them. It's rather wasted...
Suggested characters should definitely include Fischl, I think! Curious if it will be a good option for Gorou as well.
I think yes, since it also boosts normal attacks that Yoimiya relies on. If it's your only 5* bow or only good bow it's a nice option
