Has anyone tried Ocean hued clam + the bell combo on Dehya? I saw a video she is almost unkillable and the bubble kills things, so like thorns or reflect dmg in a way
and those weapon you mention above can also use Atk% sand which would outdmg the bell.

This Bell claymore has the same base attack as Serpent Spine, BlackCliff, Rainslasher, Nagamasa and Whiteblind. Second Substat doesn't matter. lol If you care about Damage type Substats, Just add one Attack% Timepiece etc Artifact Stat for the Attack Substat Bell, Problem Solved!
not exactly true, shield based on hp scaling is massive otherwise your low hp makes shields+bonus attack trait useless. It's the best safe shield for Diluc because of bonus self damage constellations. Hits 20k or more damage his elemental skill and burst.

The Bell + Lawrence Clan + Eula I have no regrets using it for Eula. You get a random barrier that can gain your attk% and it hits like a whopping truck!

I think it makes no sense for a shield-generating character like Noelle, Beidou, or Xinyan to use this. Personally I like giving it to Diluc as a main DPS. Yeah the HP boost is kinda pointless but the shield comes in handy
Its a pretty weapon, though, the health stat is something we don't need on it. Def, Atk, or Energy recharge would have been a better stat.
