    Easily the best 3-star sword imo. Maybe it isn't great, but Crit DMG substat and Crit Rate buff effect just feels nice on off-field dps characters.

    Why is this sword considered bad? Its kinda good for cryo dps like ayaka. Blizzard strayer combined with cryo resonance and the weapon on r1 gives around 69% crit rate and 83% on r5, staying on 90% hp is also easy provided that you have a shield or a healer. So for me this is just underrated.
