Samachurls in Monsdtadt

Samachurls are known to have a lot of camps in Stormterror's Lair. It is recommended that one progress the story to the point that this area is unlocked.

Samachurls in Liyue

Samachurls in Liyue are known to be frequent between Cuijue Slope and Tianqiu Valley. This area is also rife with Whopperflowers.

Samachurls in Inazuma

Samachurls in Inazuma are spread apart in Kannazuka Island, where some are in the Kujou Encampment area, and some around Tatarasuna. Be aware that this island has the Mikage Furnace, and to further explore the area, it must first be dispelled.

Get Divining Scroll from Daily Commission

Divining Scroll can be obtained from Samachurls, and there are six types of Samachurls for each element. These enemies can be easily encountered in Daily Commissions that involve attacking them and their camps.

Visit Hilichurl Camps in Various Areas

Sizes of Hilichurl Camps
Small	These camps don't have much structures. Only a few hilichurls can be found here.
Medium	These areas have watchtowers and are often Daily Commission targets. Ranged hilichurls and samachurls can be found here.
Large	These village-like settlements contain a large amount of melee and ranged hilichurls.

You can also get Divining Scroll from the various hilichurl camps across the map. Camps with watchtowers are ideal targets since they are often manned by ranged hilichurls, so it's recommended to scout out these locations before attacking.
