regardless, there would be no reason to play raiden over kuki when she's only 5k better and has healing, is a four star, etc. ineffa is better than raiden in every regard. if we're talking as an electro dps, raiden is literally about half the dps of clorinde/flins/varesa.

kuki is 109k. raiden is 114k, sustainless. ineffa is 120k(gcsim). ineffa and kuki both have sustain, and kuki is only a practically unnoticeable 5k off from raiden. there is practically no basis in saying that raiden is the best hyperbloom trigger. you cant just personally insult people with "noobie" when they disagree with your very strange opinions.
