for some odd reason, in the main tierlist Clorinde is above Navia and Venti etc. (all at C0) while in the c0 tierlist she is below them. which one is it??

Being an Hyperbloom enabler on cores where Shinobu and Ineffa can do the same but better doesn’t make Raiden a better damage dealer (Main DPS). Her best team as Main DPS is with Durin, Chevreuse and Fischl (she deals only 41% of the team’s DPS btw).
C0 Chasca = 105K DPS, C0 Venti = 87K DPS.
C0 Raiden was weaker than C0 Tartaglia, Ayaka and Hu Tao btw Also her C2 definetely wasn’t like everyone else’s C6 lol. She was just better at C2 but not better than C2R1 Ayaka or smth, now imagine C6
Durin is a Top 10 DPS itself by playing Yelan/Bennett/Fischl at his Black Form (114.8k by Vomfee) while he’s also an easier to play variant to Varesa (116K DPS) or Kinich upscale (111K DPS). He’s also a huge variety of teams such as Hexerei Mualani (106K DPS) New Arlecchino Overload (102K DPS) Yoimiya Overload (84K DPS) Raiden upscale (86K DPS) Razor upscale (90K DPS) Clorinde Overload (102-104K DPS). This means, by now, he’s stronger teams than Ineffa and more versatility than Lauma

they are not on par with each other chasca is better but chasca is not a anemo dps so with that logic venti is the best anemo dps because chasca is not an anemo dps she is a PHEC dps where she deals more damage than venti
imo both chasca deals more damage and is a bit more flexible than venti so chasca should be high S Tier and venti should be low S Tier and venti should be given rankings for support where he should be in S tier

Keeping Chasca in S tier while Venti remains in A is illogical. They are on par with each other. Either put both in A or both in S.

When did I claim Raiden was ALWAYS bad? When she came out, she was the best dps in the game by a longshot. Her C2 was like C6 of anyone else at the time. She just got powercrept like everyone else from that era (except for Bennett for some reason).
You all are acting like Raiden is a fraud, that she's always sucked and not a victim to blatant powercreep
Raiden is worse than Fischl (a free 4 star character) and that's all you need to know about this so called archon.
Raiden is so good now that replacing her with a *shielder* (Ineffa) does more damage
