Goodness, were still disusing Raiden? Also, sustain? This isn't star rail. Kiki is mostly needed for elemental application over healing. Ineffa's Sub-DPS will outpace Raiden's Main DPS. I know, I've been using it. Raiden remains relevant in one way, her kits great for rotational teams, A meta she herself basically created. But she loses out to ALL the hypercarry teams, that arrived with Natlan. Plus you'll get further here if you drop noobie when arguing, we have some standards. 😘

I only call someone a noobie if they feet the criteria of being a newbie/not know anything, well seeing a certain someone doesn't know raiden hyperbloom has higher DPS than ineffa or kuki hyperbloom, it's 100 percent accurate to call that guy a noobie due to being inexperienced and not knowing anything about dps
