She can still work but you need a support shielder and a team healer. You can still gain the damage bonus from Fanfare stack to some extent. But this is none issue if you have Furina at C2.
I love one fact about Arle she don't work with Furina :P There must be a punishment, Furina just don't like her :) Briliant move from Mihoyo. For now she must stay Bennett slave xD
Well what about her raw damage scaling, I heard she is pretty frontloaded for a normal attacker.
it doesn't matter cuz she is still dependant on her supports durations

I gotta say, Arlecchino has one advantage compared to other DPS. Despite her BoL gimmick, her gameplay classification is still a traditional enhanced Normal Attacker DPS just like Wanderer, Wriothesley, Yoimiya, and Hu Tao just with BoL as a fuel. Altho Arle has strong point of 'not dependant' on duration. You see unlike other NA DPS, her enhanced Basic attack still remains indefinitely whether she stays on-field or gets off-field.

Well yeah but i dont think Nahida re run anytime soon, also I need a healer so Baizhu seems to fit the list
I’m thinking Jean’s recommended constellation should be C2 now that meta anemo teams don’t really use her.
