Do you mean Keqing? Because they realy dont feel like they play in the same fashion. Also, I'd argue that characters like Navia/Yelan/Xianyun and now Clorinde just feel really fun and rewarding to use regardless of the DPS numbers. And at this point, that means I'm going to feel better going for them and playing with them, than just another character with a DPS or Support hike. (Also FYI I'm not dropping Keqing for Clorinde, as alluded too, Alalhaitham became BIS way back in 3.4.)
Just admit that the new 5* unit isn't worth excitement.Standard banner has been giving us an equal-to-better pick for years already.
So with the launch of Clorinde I finally have something to post about. First impressions are good, she's very fun to use and does a respectable job in her role as a main DPS. But while she is more flexible than I expected, she might need a whole new artifact set depending on what team you want her for. I'd place her as a solid S tier, tho I'm still working up her build. What is strange is she's launching with Alhaitham who is still SS tier and frankly a better choice for players without either.

Basically Cyno (you must maintain your ER% and EM build), but using Tighnari's build (just slap him with Wanderer Troupe and Slingshot)
looks like Sethos ll be another solid S 4* dps after Gaming, only why he is on Clorinde's banner , why ? :( He ll scale with EM and in burst state ll spam BA considered as CA indused with electro, he might be interesting hyperbloom and overload player. Archer main dps in overload team is perfect.
reason i would move keqing down is more for there isnt really any point to build her we got great electro who can do the job better and she isnt really that strong and eula for yeah most of the stuff is resistant to her and the lack of team options pretty much kills her and there is alot of stuff wich demand reactions yeah they are ok but not at the lvl of the others in b tier who is much more consistant
nahida and nilou have carried my ass for a long time now. nilou bloom on side A nahida/kuki hyperbloom on side B nothing can stop them, just bloom them all up!
While I'll agree its been a LONG time since Eula/Keqing were part of the main meta, they aren’t really C tier. Eula is still capable of solid nuke DPS with a budget team, and can clear all content with the exception of abyss floor 12. As for Keqing if your willing to put more investment into her than a more recent unit, she is still fully capable of a 36* clear. Also while I'm also looking forward to Chlorinde's release, Keqing kitted with EM still might be better in quickbloom teams?
