mavuika with citlali sucrose, bennett can easily reach 100k+ dps and thats 2 cost team, name me other team that has more than 100k dps at 2 cost. Here is a sample calc with kqm investment i got from a tc discord for mav with 2 cost and no xilonen. Keep in mind the 96k was with 2 melt on CA. Now that majority of players figure out you can reliably and consistently get 4 melts her DPS increased by 8k, so her total DPS with 2 cost is 104k. So yeah surely 104k DPS with 2 cost.

the restriction with nightsoul bursts to take down enemies shields is the only thing keeping trashca alive

why need a c2 tier list, most recent dps at that level will clear less than 30 sec tops, no point in making e2 tier list. Its either just e0 for the f2p and e6 for the whales for speedrunning purposes, no in between.

Wanderer is not that bad of a DPS, more like Mavuika is that OP of a DPS. She would do that to any other main DPS. When considering if we should play her as a premium sub DPS, sure she is a great sub DPS, but with every single main DPS she goes well with as a sub DPS, the team would do better with Mavuika as main DPS and the other main DPS entirely skipped than if we play Mavuika sub DPS.
In terms of DPS, as a support he is a more than decent buffer. I tried the last abyss floor 12 with Diona instead of him to freeze the Suanni, and even against the Suanni for which I put Diona, the team was doing much better with Zhonghli.
I wonder how people like you do in the abyss or Imaginarium theatre. Zhongli is mandatory for many characters, I wouldn't say he is for Arle or Neuvi, but for Yoimiya, Lyney or Tighnari for instance he is very useful. Comfort is also non negligible and some characters can one shot you or chain stagger you to death.
We need a C2 tier list tab, it would be much more useful than the C6 one imo.
I know they just moved Gaming down to A tier, but Citlali's addition actually just made C6 Gaming powercreep both Hu Tao and Lyney in DPS so he really needs to go back up again. It's not like Hu Tao's current best teams require any less investment.
