I honestly don't care about how good a character is, everyone can clear with a decent build. I only pull for ones that I feel have fun playstyles, like clorinde, chasca, mavuika, kinich,...etc

Yes, Neuvi makes healers redundant with his absurd self-heal indeed XD But other teams still need one, u know, so I only included characters that heal others. (Didn't include Noelle tho, don't ask why...)
nah, you didnt count neuvillette's broken ass self heal and to.a lesser extent, clorinde's self heal
Kokomi's good for both her healing and Hydro application... but she has fallen to where she has for good reasons. Furina beats her Hydro application by being able to do CRIT damage on top of her DMG boosting. Plus, you have many new options for healers that either heal the full team immediately/off-field and/or do something else really good like reduce RES or pass the Freeze check. Her kit, once specialized, is now dysfunctional when every new support can do what she can do but better and more
Yaoyao heals so much more than Kokomi, saying Kokomi is still the best healer of ANY element is just wrong
Chasca is an excellent dps, but the BEST character for ALL bosses is... a slight exaggeration
If ure gonna make skirk SS cause of stygian onslaught, then chasca should be moved up to the best dps. Chasca the best character for all bosses

Yaoyao, Baizhu, Furina, Xianyun, Escoffier they all heal more than Kokomi
Kokomi is the best healer In my opinion, kokomi should by SS tier And Wanderer Ayato and Yoimiya to be S tier
Furina had one with missing freeze and Kokomi with all of them being freezed So, this means that kokomi is a best hydro applicator I see that Ayato Wanderer and Yoimiya got buffed by Dahlia. That is what I see
