i might be able to agree with repositioning clorinde at the top of S, but putting varesa above skirk is insane.
Wanderer being downed to B-tier because of " Lack of relevant supports" seems a bit much to me. He has no new support, ok, he can be outperformed, right, but he can still do lots of damage with a shielder + an anemo booster, and has quick energy recharge if you need i-frames from its burst. Mine is C0 and still does a shitload of damage - yes it's with the right team, but it's a team easy to assemble, even for F2P. Still would keep it in A.
Varesa above Skirk is crazy. Skirk is def stronger than her
varesa is not versatile and absolutely needs her sig weapon. the same applies to skirk, so I think that if skirk deserves SS, varesa does too. Clorinde doesn’t deal quite as much damage, but she’s more versatile and f2p, and comfy with self heal. I think varesa should be SS above skirk, and clorinde to the top of S
And as for Zhongli, he still has one thing no other shielder has - universal 20% res shred. Is this enough to be SS-tier? Idk
I agree Varesa is SS-tier power-wise, but it's possible they keep her lower to make the SS-tier exclusive to the most versatile characters (but then, Skirk being there seems weird...)
At this point, Varesa outperforms Arlecchino with Chevreuse/Iansan/Mavuika. I'm not saying Arlecchino doesn't deserve SS Tier, but Varesa should also be at SS. About the Support Tier, it's 2025, there's no way Zhongli is still an SS Tier Support. Maybe if there's a different line for Healers/Shielders (and even with that won't be that high if you consider the balance between Support and Deffensive character). If overrate Zhongli because of the shield, then do it with Baizhu/Sigewinne.
