I also told you what I meant by sim'ed, if you chart and excel out a characters expected DPS, but don't then go into Genshin and then activity prove the theory's by using these characters in the current end game content and record/deliver on those results. Then your TC counts for squat here.
and tf u mean simed? he made this manually, has excel sheets and streams his calcs and constantly updates whenever there are changes in beta, he knows math way more than you do, thats why he can tc in the first place. But in current beta the 110k and 109k is mostly accurate at this point.
typical casual reply, got this from jstern discord server, (well know tc discord) this sheet was made by vomfee, you can even check his past calcs regarding mav, skirk, varesa, etc. he is mostly accurate and he also streams all of his sheets so feel free to watch the vod in twitch. What's the criteria here? Is this one team rotation or 30 seconds? With constellations or all at C0? In a boss floor or with mobs? Yelan and Yae are on here so why not Xingqiu, Xiangling or Emilie? What numbers are saying Raiden, Child and Tighnari are below Mizuki? I'm guessing this is all sim'ed and you haven't gone in game to check the math. Cos its kinda pointless till you do. if its the xilonen version yeah its around 120k, but c6 iansan buffed the fk out of mav so she is now a 140k DPS so...

Mav 140k DPS needs either C2 or R1, Constellation C0 use Wolf of grave stone DPS is around 120k
bruh are u serious? you made a tier list with like a 10k DPS gap from t1, t2, t3, etc. But then you realize mavuika is a 140k DPS and varesa is a 110k DPS, yeah thats a 30k DPS gap, they should not be on the same tier on top of that mav is also a bis support in multiple teams, make a new Tier like SS/T negative 0 140k+ DPS and put mav there,
clorinde's rise is pretty insane considering she started 70k dps
there are other factors that affect the actual tier list, like flexibility and comfort, which are completely based on opinion rather than a number. that's why it's practically impossible to make an accurate tier list. eg. neuvillette and clorinde great self healing, chasca flies in the air and can't get hit much, skirk needs escoffier, and mualani feels horrible to play.
