Amber is actually good if you are good at playing FPS games which makes you good at aiming (especially if you play on PC). Just aim for enemy’s weak spots and charge attack there instead of normal attacks. Put 4-piece set wanderer’s troupe as her artifact and use any bow that increase her charged attack damage or “hitting weak spot” damage (i personally use messenger). Her lvl 70 talent also increases her attack % after hitting weak spot. No other bow characters emphasizes on hitting weak spots.

I love Traveler and Kaeya, I still keep them in my party today

I have Noelle at lvl. 50 since in my opinion she is actually a pretty good shielder. Just give her defense artifacts and sacrificial claymore and she’ll be okay. (Given I lost to Mona on the Zhongli banner TwT)

Lol. Anyway. Outside of all the prawns who don't know how to use Noelle's. Noelle is my main dps out smashing my Razor. Especially since razor can't be used everywhere. Lol. Bored now.

Noelle is definitely not the first character you should ascend. She's used mostly for digging and breaking geo shield until you unlock her talents later on. Amber can be strong at first but falls off very quickly. If you get cryo dmg% just level Keaya, his elemental burst(Q) paired with any water skill will freeze enemies and on their own do over 500 damage per hit. At AR 26, none of my characters can dish out as much DPS/sec than him.I use the same ATK% gear on all my char and around same lvl

I fight all bosses with traveler untill now(AR 35). I can say Traveler is so strong, almost equal to 5 star characters. Noel and Amber are for map puzzles xD

this is really wrong. out of the all starter, the one you want to level most is Kaeya and Traveler (anemos). Kaeya although do not do great damage is a very good support/cyro enabler. the same goes for anemos traveler. if you do not have venti, you want traveler for the gather and also aoe swirl. most comps without venti in higher floors of abyss all uses traveler.

Amber is arguably the weakest character. Most people use her to lit torches or activated other devices that require pyro. If you wanna save your primogems for future banners , you should level up traveler first since traveler is a decent character due to him/her being able to switch between geo and anemo for now. Kaeya is good to freeze enemies, and he makes the fight against oceanid easy.

I definitely don't agree that you should prioritize Amber. Her damage is low. Definitely keep her handy for puzzles (don't send her on any expeditions) though. She's unfortunately still necessary outside of combat.
