Look for Zibai's Whereabouts

Fast forward to two days, Paimon wonders how Zibai is doing after she got back. Look for Zhongli in Third-Round Knockout to know her whereabouts. You'll be greeted by Iron Tongue Tian instead, telling you that she's in Wanmin Restaurant.
Arriving at Wanmin Restaurant, you'll see that Zibai is causing a ruckus as Zizhi is in control, and met Shenhe, who works in the restaurant.
Ziqiao eventually takes control and tells you that Zhongli tasked her to buy discounted tea leaves in Chenyu Vale
Go to Yilong Wharf

Go to Yilong Wharf to buy the discounted tea leaves from vendors. Zibai will take you for a ride in her Chariot. During the ride, she'll reveal to you that she was an angel turned into a moon envoy for the Lunar Palace. She will also mention that she knows a Moon Envoy that can turn into an Ibis. This is most likely referring to the Thoth the Ibis King from the Seven Pillars of King Deshret.
Eventually, Zibai will notice a vendor from the Chariot selling tea leaves.

Go to the Vendor's Location
Near the portside of Yilong Wharf, go to Fenglian, who is a vendor that sells tea leaves. He'll try to haggle with Zibai, but ultimately, suggests that you go directly to his supplier in Qiaoying Village.
Go to Qiaoying Village
Go to Qiaoying Village via the teleport that is near the location. Zibai will take you for a ride in her Chariot, mesmerized by the beauty of the Village.
Paimon will notice Lu Xiangxiang planting a tree from the Chariot
Go to Qingce Village
You'll meet two kids trying to plant cucumbers and such. Talk to them, and eventually you'll be led to Wuwang Hill.
Go to Wuwang Hill
In her Chariot, you'll be able to hear Hu Tao and Zhongli talking from the hill. Zibai will talk to them regarding the status of her buying tea leaves. Hu Tao will suggest resting up in Wangshu Inn.
Go to Wangshu Inn
After landing to Wanshu Inn, Xiao will appear to talk to you. You'll all grab a bite before heading to the Harbor once again.
Go to Liyue Harbor
Go to Liyue Harbor, and you'll meet Yaoyao and Qiqi. Lu Weng, the grandfather of Lu Xiangxiang, will give you ten boxes of tea leaves. The quest will be concluded shortly after!
