According to the lore from the Dialogues of the Desert Sages, they have long vanished from the lands and most of their deeds are forgotten. The only thing they left behind are temples and stone tablets carved in their names.
Apep, The Dragon King
Apep is the Dendro Dragon Sovereign. In the book Before Sun and Moon, the Heavenly Principles have defeated the Seven Sovereigns and stole their elemental Authorities, turning them into Gnosis using the Third Descender's corpse.
Despite the Sovereign's defeat, Apep has continued her war against the Heavenly Principles. As revealed in Nahida's Second Story Quest, Apep met King Deshret and made a transaction: King Deshret will be allowed to build a civilization in her domain, in return, she'll gain King Deshret's accumulated knowledge. Thus, earning her a spot in the Seven Pillars.
Bennu, Most-Radiant
Nothing much is known about Bennu other than they appeared to look like a primordial bird.
They were also known as the Most-Radiant for unknown reasons.
Hermanubis, Greatest of Sages
Hermanubis was picked by King Deshret from among the Tighnarians to be one of his sages.
After King Deshret fell, Hermanubis took his followers into the city of Tulaytullah and founded the Temple of Silence. Following the years, Hermanubis' power dwindled and fragment of his powers are seperated known as Ba Fragments.
Cyno as Hermanubis' Vessel
Cyno and Sethos was experimented in the Temple of Silence to harbor Ba Fragments during their childhood.
After his Second Story Quest, Cyno has now fully embraced two Ba Fragments, making him a complete vessel.
Heryshaf, the Goat King
Heryshaf was considered as King Deshret's right hand man. He also fulfilled the role of Minister.
Alongside Thoth and Sobek, they were locked up within Aaru, where they remain to this day.
Shesepankh, Most-Holy
Similar to Bennu, nothing much is known about Shesepankh. They appear to be look like Griffin.
Shesepankh was revered as a saint and earned the title Most-Holy
Sobek, Crocodile King
Sobek was known as a Captain during the reign of King Deshret. Not much is known about him other than that we was also imprisoned with Thoth and Heryshaf.
Thoth, Ibis King
Thoth was the scribe in King Deshret's civilization. Other than the Ibis King, he was also known as the Lord of Lies.
In the Ruins Exploraton Event, It was revealed that before the imprisonment by King Deshret, he was tasked in finding out the answers in the three questions that the King gave him.
Negotiation with Nefer
Nefer was given the third gift from the three questions by the Ibis King. During this encounter, Nefer was also given a relic that is a chessboard, which was vital in the fight the against Rerir during Nod-Krai's Archon Quest
Encounter with Zandik
At one point, Thoth encountered Zandik in one of his expedition, where he suspects that his a dangerous individual and was relieved that he rejected his third gift.

Followers of King Deshret
The members of the Seven Pillars are sages that once followed King Deshret and supported his reign during ancient Sumeru. They have different roles during his reign and have done different deeds.
