You can get this achievement by challenging the Lord of the Hidden Depths: Whisperer of Nightmares boss located north-west of Ashveil Peak in Nod-Krai.

How to Get the We Call This Efficiency Achievement

Break Its Shield Without Killing the Summons

Sometime during the fight, the boss will gain a shield while summoning several Fishers of Hidden Depths to sustain it. Killing a summon will disqualify you for the achievement for that boss run so avoid doing so.

Instead, focus on triggering Elemental Reactions on the boss to quickly break the shield.
