Talk to Kuzmich and buy all of his available goods (10 Brilliant Chrysanthemums, 10 Quenepa Berries, and 10 Saurian Claw Succulents), which should cost a total of 30,000 Mora.

He will then talk about going through Dreadshade Mire and then disappear.
