West Side of Dreadshade Mire

Genshin - Slothsheed Observation Log Puzzle Location

The Slothsheep Observation Log Puzzle is located in the west side of Dreadshade Mire area.

To go to that location, teleport to the nearest waypoint that is marked above and walk a bit to the southwest side until you encounter a lone Slothsheep beside a shelter filled with stacks of hay.

Find Another Slothsheep Nearby

Genshin Impact - Find Another Slothsheep Nearby

The Puzzle requires another Slothsheep to accompany the lone Slothsheep from the shelter.

From the waypoint teleport that you came from, walk east side and you'll find a small cliff. Go over the cliff to see the stone structure and you will find another Slothsheep absorbing kuuvahki from a Glimmerfruit

Absorb the Slothsheep’s Seed Core to Direct Its Movements

Go near the Slothsheep and absorb the Seed Core between its horns. With the Seed Core in hand, the Slothsheep will follow you anywhere you go.

Direct its movements by walking towards the shelter in the west side of the waypoint teleport where the lone Slothsheep is located.

Unite the Two Slothsheeps

Once near the shelter, escort the Slothsheep thats following you behind the post sign. Use your Aim Mode and point towards the patch of hay on the ground to guide the Slothsheep towards it.

Upon the Slothsheeps contact with the lone Slothsheep, the Precious Chest should unlock automatically.

Unlock and Claim the Precious Chest From the Side

The Precious Chest that was locked from the side of the post sign will now unlock and free to claim its rewards.
