How to Unlock Tower of Inversion
Complete the Prerequisites
Tower of Inversion is a new world quest added in Luna IV and is available immediately after unlocking the Nod-Krai region. However, it should ideally be done after Wind-Stirred Ripples, the first quest of the quest chain.

Enter the Pillar of Embla in Nod-Krai
Upon entering the Pillar of Embla sub-area in Nod-Krai, the player will see a message asking them to ascend the tower. Seeing this message marks the start of this quest.

Tower of Inversion Walkthrough
Enter the Tower
Approaching the tower will prompt Paimon to talk about a shortcut. A dark purple mass will also be shown spawning the Wild Hunt on the east side of the tower, which you must defeat in order to use the shortcut.
How to Use the Cottonspring Flowers as a Shortcut
To use the Springy, Flexible Cottonspring Flowers, simply look towards it and press the interact button to glide and spring off it. Repeat this one more time while mid-air and you should reach the tower.
Clear Out the Monsters
There will be a couple of Thundercraven Rifthounds upon landing on the tower. Defeat them to proceed to the next step.
Investigate the Core Shrouded in Abyssal Energy
After defeating the rifthounds, you will be able to interact with the swirling purple aura on the core. Purify the core and a short cutscene will play.
Dodge the Attacks
Right after the cutscene, you will be required to dodge several line attacks. The attacks come out in the order they appear, so position for the ones that appear first and then reposition for the later attacks. Keep dodging until Illuga arrives to save you.
Follow Illuga to Activate the Barrier Core
Illuga will use Aedon to light up hidden platforms. Simply follow Illuga to reach the barrier core. It is recommended to jump between the platforms because they aren't connected to one another.
Activate the Barrier Core on the Other Side
You will need to reach the other barrier core without Illuga this time. Use the moonlane to quickly reach the other side of the tower. You can then make your way towards the barrier core with Aedon.
Cleanse the Corruption Throughout the Area
After activating both barrier cores in the tower, you will then be tasked to cleanse different corrupted areas within the Pillar of Embla.

| 1 |  The damaged barrier core located south-east of the tower is guarded by a Pyro Abyss Mage and a Hydro Abyss Mage. Defeat them first in order to proceed. |
| 2 |  The broken piece of barrier core can be found nearby but it's blocked by Abyssal Riftlines. You will need to use the nearby Super Sharp Spirebloom to break them. |
| 3 |  Breaking the Abyssal Riftlines will spawn waves of enemies including a Hydro Hilichurl Rogue and Fisher of Hidden Depths. Defeat them to proceed to the next step. |
| 4 |  Look towards the piece of barrier core and interact with it to pick it up. |
| 5 |  Stand in an area where you have direct line of sight with the rest of the barrier core. Hold the Left Mouse Button to aim and shoot the piece towards the core to repair it. |

| 1 |  The damaged barrier core is located directly east of the tower. Similar to the first area, the broken piece of barrier core will be blocked by Abyssal Riftlines and you will need to use the nearby Super Sharp Spirebloom to free it. |
| 2 |  Pick up the piece and return it to the broken core. Doing so will spawn Rockfond Rifthounds. You will need to defeat them before you can proceed with the quest. |
| 3 |  More Abyssal Riftlines will spawn and you will need to clear them with the Spirebloom again. This process will repeat at least two more times before they disappear for good. |
| 4 |  Look towards the piece of barrier core and interact with it to collect it. |
| 5 |  Stand in an area where you have direct line of sight with the rest of the barrier core. Hold the Left Mouse Button to aim and shoot the piece towards the core to repair it. |

| 1 |  The damaged barrier core located north-east of the tower is inside a cave. However, the cave entrance is initially blocked by a Blightseep Field. |
| 2 |  To clear the Blightseep Field, you will need to connect the nearby Nycalyx and the Solaris Core further back. Start at the back and reposition the Marvelous Mandragora to connect the triangles. |
| 3 |  Pick up the Marvelous Mandragora in front of the cave and place it in between the Nycalyx and the triangle near the cave entrance. Doing this should dispel the Blightseep Field. |
| 4 |  To unlock the barrier core, you will need to pick up the core of the Intricate Bloom and stand slightly to the right, until you're aligned with the center of the cave. |
| 5 |  Look towards the piece of barrier core and interact with it to collect it. |
| 6 |  Stand in an area where you have direct line of sight with the rest of the barrier core. Hold the Left Mouse Button to aim and shoot the piece towards the core to repair it. |
Head to the Top of the Tower
When returning to the tower, there will be a new moonlane wrapping around the tower. It can be easily seen near the east side of the tower. Use it to easily reach the top of the tower.
Touch the Core
Upon reaching the top, you can interact with the core for one more conversation with Alia and the quest will end afterwards.

Tower of Inversion is a subquest of the quest chain, Nightingale's Song, which can be started by finding either Wind-Stirred Ripples or Tower of Inversion in Nod-Krai.
