Bring a Full Healer Team
For the Advance Preparation, a full healer team is genuinely a very good strategy.
Make use of Kokomi as she is a trial character for this stage.

Bring a Team That Can Freeze
For the Formal Engagement stage, its highly recommended that you bring a team that can Freeze.
Note that its not exclusively a Freeze team because as along as the team can proc Freeze, It's viable enough to clear the stage.
Feel free to bring a Shatter or Melt team, provided you have enough damage.
How to Beat Healing Reserves
Keep Healing in Advance Preparations
Do note: It's more important to constantly heal to get more points than defeating the waves of enemies.
It's highly recommended that you bring a full healer team to constantly recover HP as even overflowing healing is counted in the progress of your level.
Kokomi is available as a trial character so make use of her as much as you can. Don't bother too much with setup unless needed as they take too much time. For instance, Furina's Elemental Burst is a great way to increase healing as it also buffs your Healing Bonus.
Proc Freeze for Formal Engagement
The premier Freeze duo, Skirk and Escoffier, are best for this stage. However, the stage does not require an exclusive Freeze team. As long as your team can proc a freeze within the rotation, It should be good enough to utilize the buffs.
Arlecchino Melt team is very good for this stage, just make sure there's a Hydro within the team to proc Freeze between reactions.
