The Homecoming's Faint Glow only unlocks after visiting the Damslette for the fifth consecutive week, after you gain access to the Silvermoon Hall: Selenic Chronicles.

Visit the Silvermoon Hall
The Homecoming's Faint Glow is located inside the Silvermoon Hall, at the west end of Hiisi Island in Nod-Krai. You first need to complete The Dark Side of Memory Archon Quest to unlock the quest area.

Head to the Designated Location to Collect Ores
After talking to the Damslette inside the Silvermoon Hall, she says that she needs to collect some more stones similar to the ones that the Kuuhenki are playing with.
The ores will be located near the waypoint, southeast of the Silvermoon Hall. The ores can be easily obtained by using the Kuuvahki ability around the area.
Help the Lost Child
With all the collected ores, place them on the water to create a path to the other side, helping the child cross and get her home safe. The ores can be placed easily by pressing the button prompt once the player gets near the objective.
