Tracing the Heart's Journey is the 5th anniversary web event where players can see a full recap of their account's significant stats and share with other players to claim rewards!

To play the Tracing the Heart's Journey web event, you must go to the official web event page and login using either your Genshin Impact UID or HoYoverse account.

The main bulk of the web event is all about seeing a summarized recap of your account from when you first started playing! Simply going through the whole recap will give you 150 Primogems.

During the recap, you will see livechat overlay comments passing through the screen on certain pages. You can leave your own comment anytime during the recap!

Publish a Page in ''My Journal''

Genshin - Tracing the Heart
On the top of the screen is the My Journal button you can use to add a 'page' to your data recap. You can add an image, a title, and entry text to the journal entry.

Each journal entry will only be published after a review process that can last up to 24 hours. After which, it will appear on the page following the one you were viewing when making the journal entry. Each player can publish a maximum of 5 Journal entries.

Winners will get their rewards through the in-game mail as long as they registered their UID on HoYoLAB before the rewards are released! Failure to add their account details to HoYoLAB will have their rewards deemed forfeited.
