How to Beat the Battle-Hardened Fireblade Shock Trooper
Keep Steady Damage On The Trooper
When the Fireblade Shock Trooper activates its Multi-Shield, it needs to be broken a total of three times in order to completely disable it. This is achievable if you have enough On and Off-Field DMG to consistently pressure it.
Take note that the Trooper's shield is constantly and gradually replenishing itself, punishing you if you do not or cannot focus it down with damage.
Electro-Charged or Lunar-Charged is Preferable
The shield seems to be more susceptible to damage when the source is the Electro-Charged or Lunar-Charged reaction, so bringing teams that focus on these reactions are preferable when it comes to fighting the Fireblade Shock Trooper.
Permafreeze is an Option
As the Battle-Hardened Fireblade Shock Trooper is a humanoid opponent, they are susceptible to the Freeze reaction. This makes Freeze teams that make use of potent Cryo and Hydro units an option.

Bring Electro and Hydro Units
Since the boss carries a Multi-Shield that needs to be broken thrice, it is highly advised that you bring Electro and Hydro units that are capable of triggering Electro-Charged, as the Fireblade Trooper's shield takes more damage from Electro-Charged.
It is worth noting that Electro-Charge itself does not erase the Hydro or Electro application once the reaction happens, making it easy to trigger this reaction over and over.

Bring Ineffa For Lunar-Charged
Ineffa can enable the Lunar-Charged reaction for the team, be a good source of survivability with her shield, and function as a second Electro unit for Energy battery purposes.
If you have access to Ineffa, she is highly recommended as a core member against the Battle-Hardened Fireblade Shock Trooper.
Bring Cryo and Hydro for Permafreeze
If you are opting to slot into a Freeze team, use units like Skirk and Escoffier along with strong Hydro units to ensure that you can reliably keep the enemy permafrozen while dealing consistent damage.
