Removing the barrier requires you to complete the Team Rigor or Team Intuition World Quest in order to enlist the help of Bobik. Walk up to the golden beacon in front of the barrier and select Get Bobik to Activate to watch the barrier disappear.

The barrier itself can be seen on the northeast side of Barrowmoss Barrens. To reach it, teleport to the Waypoint near the locale, then walk southward until you reach the barrier.

How to Solve the Red Beam Puzzle

Switch Between Red and Blue Kuuhenki

The red beams in Barrowmoss Barrens can be solved with the help of the red Kuuhenki you rescued from the barrier. They will allow you to transform into a Kuuhenki and switch forms until you reach the Viridescent Mossball at the end of the red beam's tracks.

Touch the Red Kuuhenki and fly toward the first floating moss ball with a blue node.

Switch to a blue Kuuhenki to propel yourself away, then switch back to a red Kuuhenki mid-flight to land inside the next blue node.

Switch to a blue Kuuhenki to propel yourself away and safely land on the adjacent red node.

Switch to a red Kuuhenki to eject yourself, then change back into a blue Kuuhenki mid-flight to land inside the red node.

Finally, switch to a red Kuuhenki to fly toward the white smoke, which puts you in front of the Viridescent Mossball.

Throw the three Kuuvahki Dewdrops that spawn in front of the mossball as it spins. After doing so, you will be teleported into a pocket dimension.

A formidably large robotic enemy will be waiting at the end of the Moonlanes, imbued with the Electro element. You can use your best team composition on hand against this enemy, though be sure to dodge and time your attacks as they are capable of both ranged and melee damage.

Approach the blue Kuuhenki that appears afterward to face the next wave of enemies within the area.

Multiple robotic enemies imbued with the Electro element will spawn in during this encounter. Use the Kuuvahki to intercept them when prompted, as this deals a significant amount of damage to them. Bring a team composition suited for handling groups of Electro foes to efficiently clear all incoming waves!

After defeating all enemies, the red and blue Kuuhenki will be reunited with each other and happily reward you with valuable chests that contain valuable items.

Rewards Exquisite Chests and a Luxurious Chest

Genshin Impact Barrowmoss Barrens Puzzle Rewards
Two Exquisite Chests and a Luxurious Chest will be rewarded to you upon solving the red beam puzzle and entering the Viridescent Mossball. These chests contain a combined total of 20 Primogems among other goodies, and may drop an Evermoon Seal which can be used to open treasure vaults within Nod-Krai.
