Use to Open the Paha Isle Treasure Vault

Players can use three Paha Isle Evermoon Seals to open the entrance to the Paha Isle Treasure Vault. Use the teleport waypoint near the Final Night Cemetery and head towards the southwest side, following the waterways that are going towards the main island.

The entrance to the treasure vault is located at the end of the waterway, and a Kuuvahki is required to open it, as it is protected by a red force field.

I was having the same problem as you just now! The entrance is over by the jellyfish quest, the opposite side from where it looks like you are. Hope this helps if you haven't found it yet! (Apologies for the low image quality, my phone was being really finnicky about it)
