Go to Final Night Cemetery
The Chef's Tale is located at Final Night Cemetery, in the nation of Nod-Krai. Simply head to the island in upper right area of Paha Isle near the Maroon Basin Teleport Waypoint.
How to Unlock The Chef's Tale
Complete To the Lighthouse World Quest
To be able to unlock this quest, you must first complete the Meeting Point quest, To the Lighthouse.
Cook Using Peculiar Cooking Pot in the Final Night Cemetery
Cook twice using the cooking pot near the lighthouse in Final Night Cemetery. You can cook any dish using this peculiar cooking pot to trigger a cutscene with a Phantom.
Next Part Unlocks Daily
The Chef's Tale consists of three parts, and the next part will only unlock after you finish the previous part and wait until Server Reset the next day in real life.
The Chef's Tale Day 1 Walkthrough
Cook Nod-Krai Hotdog
The Food-Obsessed Phantom will demand that you cook one Nod-Krai Hotdog. If you happen to have the recipe and ingredients in your inventory, you can immediately make it using the Peculiar Cooking Pot in the Final Night Cemetery.
Recipe and Ingredients Can Be Purchased at Speranza
If you're missing the recipe and ingredients for the Nod-Krai Hotdog, you can purchase them from Katya, located in Speranza, near the Nasha Town Teleport Waypoint.
The Chef's Tale Day 2 Walkthrough
Cook Berries and Fried Meat
For the second day, return to the Peculiar Cooking Pot and cook one Berries and Fried Meat.
Recipe Can Be Purchased at the Flagship
The recipe for this meal can only be purchased from Demyan inside the Flagship in Nasha Town.
The Chef's Tale Day 3 Walkthrough
Cook Lakkaberry Madame
On the third day, teleport back to Final Night Cemetery and head to the Peculiar Cooking Pot to cook the final dish, Lakkaberry Madame. Completing this quest objective will complete the time-gated quest chain.

You can buy the recipe for this meal from either Katya or Demyan in Nasha Town.
