Go to Final Night Cemetery
To the Lighthouse is located at Final Night Cemetery, in the nation of Nod-Krai. Simply head to the island in upper right area of Paha Isle near the Maroon Basin Teleport Waypoint.
How to Unlock To the Lighthouse
Unlocked After Where the Moon Rises
Players can start this quest after they complete Where the Moon Rises which is part of the Archon Quest from Song of the Welkin Moon Act I: A Dance of Snowy Tides and Hoarfrost Groves.

To the Lighthouse Walkthrough
Head to the Final Night Cemetery
Upon arriving at the cemetery, you will find Flins. He will ask you to look for fuel, which can be found near north of the island. The nearby ghost will talk to you when you approach the fuel.
Ascend the Lighthouse
Go up the lighthouse located southeast of the island to refuel it. Upon descending, several ghosts will appear and tell you to send a signal.
Send the Distress Signal
Check the handbook at the top of the lighthouse. Interact with the nearby telescope and send a distress signal. Flins will appear and send the ghosts away.
Follow Flins to the Beach
After a conversation with Flins, you will briefly play as him. You can talk to the ghosts along the way but simply head towards the beach to end the quest.
