Go to Nasha Town
Food Matters is located at Nasha Town, in the Nod-Krai region. You can reach this area as you progress on the Archon quest.
How to Unlock Food Matters
Progress through Where the Moon Rises
Players can start this World quest after reaching Nasha Town during Where the Moon Rises, which is part of the Song of the Welkin Moon's Archon Quest Act I, A Dance of Snowy Tides and Hoarfrost Groves!

Food Matters Walkthrough
Talk to Lyylikki
Upon unlocking Nasha Town, walk towards The Flagship, which is your accommodation during your stay in Nod-Krai, then talk to Lyylikki, who's in charge of food distribution. She is standing at the table near the Flagship.
She is having trouble preparing for the Feasts of the Moon and needs help gathering Lakkaberries. Help her out by collecting the ingredients.
Give 5 Lakkaberries to Lyylikki
After accepting the quest, make your way to Starsand Shoal to collect 5 Lakkaberries by interacting with the plants there. You can find them growing in the wild, and you might already have some in your inventory!
Once you have gathered the Lakkaberries, return to Nasha Town and give them to Lyylikki to complete the quest.
