Complete the Once There Was, Who Hunted the Moon Quest
To unlock The Ashen-White Order Burns, you must have completed the previous subquest of Elegy of Dust and Lamplight, Once There Was, Who Hunted the Moon!

The Ashen-White Order Burns Walkthrough
Return to Your Room to Rest
Return to your room in the Flagship and rest until the next morning. You and Paimon will be woken up by a commotion in the lobby, so you both decide to go check it out.
An angry mob wants Flins' head, but thanks to Nefer and Jahoda's efforts, you all gain the opportunity to buy some time.
Go to the Curatorium of Secrets
After the cutscenes, exit the Flagship and make your way to the Curatorium of Secrets to inform your allies. There, you and your allies will confer and agree to split up to cover more ground.
Meet Flins at the Final Night Cemetery
While Lauma goes back to her laboratory, and both Ineffa and Aino return to their workshop, you decide to investigate more on the Lightkeepers' side. Teleport to the Final Night Cemetery and meet up with Flins.
Upon reaching the cemetery, Flins will take you to the archives of Nod-Krai's history to try and learn more about Rerir's true motives. Before reaching a conclusion, however, Lauma has an urgent message.
Liberate Nasha Town
With Flins and the Traveler busy at Starsand Shoal, it's up to Lauma to try and save Nasha Town. Proceed through town and converse with the townsfolk along the way. Keep pressing forward until you reach the town square.
Walk through the crowd and quell the disturbance swelling up to give Ineffa and Aino time to reach the cannon.
Try to Get Close to the Cannon
After the cutscenes and taking control of Ineffa, ride the Moonlanes to try and get close to the cannon. Keep riding them, eliminating threats along the way, until you are close enough to breach the barrier.
Defeat Knuckle Duckle
Upon landing inside the barrier, brace yourself for a battle with Aino's runaway automaton, Knuckle Duckle. Upon defeating it, several cutscenes will occur featuring Rerir, Sandrone, and the Damsellette.
After the cutscenes, the quest will conclude!
