Southeast of Hiisi Island
The Mirrors, the Maze, and the Tsar is located at Hiisi Island, in the nation of Nod-Krai. You can reach the quest location by using the two teleport waypoint at the southeast side of Hiisi Island, near the Statue of the New Moon.

Go Down the Huge Hole
Going down the huge hole at the southwest side of Hiisi Island will automatically trigger The Mirrors, the Maze, and the Tsar quest.

Advance Deeper into the Cave
Go deeper into the cave and examine the markings on the ground. Afterwards, continue to follow the path inside the cave.
Catch Up to the Crab Tsar
While going deeper into the cave, you encounter a huge Crab Tsar that is trying to escape. You try to catch up to it to calm it down. However, it summons huge rocks that block the path.
Destroy the Obstacle(s)
Use the power of Kuuvahki to break down the rocks that are blocking your way and continue onwards into the cave.
Advance Deeper into the Cave
Follow the path inside the cave and try to gather the Lakkaberry along the way. It will be proven useful later once you get deeper into the cave.
Destroy the Obstacle(s)
Give one Lakkaberry to the rock crab, and it will eat it, destroying the obstacle that is blocking your way. Once you get through, go down the hole, collect a fragment, and attach it to the rock with a blue force field.
Keep advancing until you find a rock crab again. Feed it one Lakkaberry to progress through.
Search for Traces of the Crab Tsar
You encounter a room filled with moon mirrors. You can stick close to one of the plants inside and transform into a Kuuhenki. Once you do, approach the huge mirror on the ground at the end of the cave.
Advance Deeper into the Cave
Ride the moonlanes to get deeper into the cave. While on the moonlanes, try to remove the rocks that will block your path to prevent you from getting damaged and slowing down your progress in the moonlanes.
Calm the Crab Tsar Down
Jump down to the Crab Tsar's location and try to calm it down. You only need to dodge all the rocks that it will summon from the ground. Then, grab the fragments on some of the rocks and throw them to the Crab while it's inside one of the mirrors.
There will be a total of four waves, where the number of mirrors increases every time you hit the Crab with a fragment. First wave has 1 mirror, second wave has 2 mirrors, third wave has 3 mirrors, and fourth wave has 5 mirrors.

To start the "Calm the tsar down" you actually have to go into the water in front of him. It's nowhere written and I accidentally passed around it, and was just hanging out with the Tsar crab, nothing happening. Confusing quest design.
