Polkka Beneath the Moon's Oracle is located at Hiisi Island, in the nation of Nod-Krai. Once you enter Hiisi Island from the Statue of Seven's location, you will see The Tale of the Gate Stone quest, and it will start the quest chain.

Note that you can start any of the subquests and complete them in any order, except for the Echoes of an Unfinished Past.

I have completed all the four quest & not in focused mode or anything because i dont have any quest, But still the verna is standing near the Meeting point why the quest is not appeared for me?
