Southeast of Hiisi Island
The Tale of the Gate Stone is located at Hiisi Island, in the nation of Nod-Krai. You can reach the quest location by starting from the Statue of the New Moon, follow the path towards the north, and the quest is at the ruins on your left.

How to Unlock The Tale of the Gate Stone
Talk to Kasha at Hiisi Island
Talk to Kasha at Hiisi Island to unlock The Tale of the Gate Stone quest. Approaching Kasha will automatically start the quest. Additionally, Kasha is a small girl with purple hair and is seen standing at the ruins southeast of Hiisi Island.

Find Pretty Stones
Nearby
The pretty stone is located on the other side of the big rock where Kasha is located. The pretty stone appears to be a normal rock, but it has a red and blue force field surrounding it.
You will also need a Kuuhenki to lift the pretty stones. Simply, approach the Kuuhenki to borrow its powers and press the button that prompts out.
Talk to Kasha
Talk back to Kasha to show her the pretty stones you have collected. She will be located at the same place you saw her earlier.
Place the Fragment(s) on the Stone
The stone is the big rock located at the middle fo the road. To place the fragment, you need to look up, locate a blue ring, and press on the button prompt.
Afterward, a short cutscene will occur where the huge rock will go back to the huge pillar at the middle of Hiisi Island.
Talk to Kasha
A wooden chest will appear where the huge rock was located before and Kasha will approach you. Talking to Kasha will conclude this world quest.
