Go to Clink-Clank Krumkake Craftshop
Problem-Sorting Robot is located at Clink-Clank Krumkake Craftshop, in the nation of Nod-Krai. From the Northern Training Ground Teleport Waypoint, you can glide down towards the building across Aino's House.
How to Unlock Problem-Sorting Robot
Unlock During Where the Moon Rises
Players can start this quest after they visit and meet Aino in the Clink-Clank Krumkake Craftshop which is part of the Archon Quest from Song of the Welkin Moon Act I: A Dance of Snowy Tides and Hoarfrost Groves.

Head to the Clink-Clank Krumkake Craftshop
Upon arriving, a lengthy dialogue will occur between the Traveler, Aino, and Ineffa about the malfunctioning robots. When Paimon asks if you noticed anything off, answer it's the bot on the right to proceed with the quest.
Catch the Bad Little Bot
Move around until the line for your kuuvahki is aligned with the bot on the right and then use it.

Catch the Bad Little Bot Again
The malfunctioning bot will attempt to run away. Align your kuuvahki to the side where its face
is shown and use it again. After catching the bot, Aino will inspect it and you will have to wait until the following day before you can talk to Aino again.
Talk to Aino and Hide Little Chard
Talk to Aino in the Clink-Clank Krumkake Craftshop to learn more about the bot. The bot's name is Chard Lombro and you will be asked to hide it. Simply combine it with the other bots to complete the quest.
