For those who can't destroy the last wall; when i finished the quest for aino (malfunctioning robot) it seemed to allow me to destroy the wall.
If you encounter any bug just log out and log in again it will do the work for me at least , no fancy work needed

Mole took the bomb and made a blue energy seal appear. Can't put another bomb on it, only turn into that Seelie like creature.
For the bug; after mole disappears try to drop the bomb somewhere far from debris and go back to debris without bomb. Debris' button showed and I could finally removed the debris. Hope it helps.
A work around for the bug where you cant use the bomb. I had to use my mobile app for this bc I was on PC. Open the Genshin app, in the quest area pick up the bomb near the debris. SWITCH apps to disconnect from the server, go back to the Genshin app to reconnect and the action button should be there. Note that when I moved my character before tapping the action button it disappeared and had to disconnect/reconnect again to finally move forward. I hope this works for you all!
Same issue here
After I gave the Sniffer Mole the bomb, it just disappeared and the quest is now broken. :(
