Frostlamp Flowers are flowers that resemble a candle lamp and are commonly found around bodies of water, particularly around Final Night Cemetery and Frostmoon Enclave.

Richeza sells Frostlamp Flowers for 1000 Mora each! Her shop, the Vesnici Proleca Greenhouse, is located just above the Adventurers' Guild in Nasha Town. Take the lift to the left of the guild up one level and you will find her shop.

Frostlamp Flower, which is one of the material rewards for completing the Nod-Krai archon quest, can be used to ascend Flins and Durin to the next ascension level.
You must collect 168 of these flowers to ascend a character to the maximum level.
Frostlamp Flower Respawn Time
Respawn time is 48 hours
Frostlamp Flower resets exactly 48 hours after you collect them. Relog the game or teleport from the farthest waypoint and check the location once more to see it spawn.

A flower that resembles a candle lamp, commonly found near water. It emits a cold, simple aroma that has a calming effect.
The contrasting colors of its stamen and stem are thought to symbolize the two different types of kuuvahki, yet despite this symbolism, it is one of the few rare plants that are immune to kuuvahki's influence. As a result, the Frostmoon Scions sometimes regard it as a symbol of faithlessness and apostasy.
It is said that this strangely shaped flower first appeared at the end of the dark calamity five hundred years ago, but this claim has never been rigorously verified.

I can't believe we're dealing with 48 respawns on items required to build characters. It's like they go out of their way to make building the characters the worst experience possible out of all the games out there... I just don't understand their mentality either, it just seems like another excuse to force people into co-op.
