This is the dumbest I've ever read here. And no, they don't have to be C6 to get up to 95. Also why would you wanna miss out on a free limited constalation? That thing to get them up to 95 you can get anytime from >c6 standard 5* trash. Do some proper reading first and then complain

You get a masterless stella fortuna when you receive a character that is already C6, but you can use that item to raise the max level of Any character, even C0 4 stars. "I didn't watch the live stream ... because I don't speak Mandarin or Cantonese or whatever the hell they are speaking" eeehhmm... you do realize we always had the english livestream... right?
The Masterless Stella Fortuna is downright confusing. Apparently, a character will only progress from Lvl. 90 - 95 AFTER reaching C6 constellation ... I totally would have chosen a different character if I had known this ahead of time. And, don't no I didn't watch the live stream ... because I don't speak Mandarin or Cantonese or whatever the hell they are speaking.
Had done it, just confirmed we can change constallation character when we already progress halfway (Of coursecan claim only 1* per cycle)
Obviously kazuha is still too good to hand out free constellations. C3 yae miko it is then

It works by a friend of me. Maybe there is a condition like, if you have not get the item, the cycle resets or so
It's not working. Completed 5 times last week but now it still shows 0/8 completed.
If I understood, every year we will have 4 seasons of this event, where we have to take different character's constellation. What it is not clear to me is, in the next year, it is possible to get a constellation for a character that got it in the first year? i.e.: if I have Baizhu C0 and in the first year I get his C1 in this way (along with other 3 different character's constellations), the next year can I get his C2 (if he is still in the roster, due to rotation) or it counts "forever"?

So can anyone clear this doubt? They say that the roster rotates like a cycle, so for every cycle will they add new characters other than what they have shown in the available list?

hu tao is also good depending on how you use her, so is cynos; but meta wise none of these are really good, all these characters are extremely outdated
you can only choose a character once then you have to choose a different one (example nilou once, eula once, yae once and mona once)
