Colorful Return to Sender Location

The Colorful Return to Sender minigame is located directly west of Wavey Bay. Look for a platform by the shore with 4 chests and a sign, and what looks to be a field with two goals opposite each other just in front of it.

How to Play Colorful Return to Sender

Return Paint Bombs to Your Opponent

As the minigame's title suggests, your opponent will lob bombs at your palette field to color it in with their color. Your job is to return these bombs to their side of the arena before it explodes.

Indwell a Yumkasaur and use its abilities to store the bomb and shoot it forth toward the opponent's palette field. Apart from the field, there will also be colorless signs and objects that you can color in for additional points!

Use Scions of the Canopy Characters

Apart from Yumkasaurs, you can also use characters like Kinich who belongs to the Scions of the Canopy.

Scions of the Canopy members can use Yumkasaur abilities without having to indwell one.

Since there are 3 chests of varying quality to unlock, there are also 3 challenges to overcome for Colorful Return to Sender, with each one being trickier than the last.

Be sure to put your best foot forward and bring your A-game when it comes to the harder challenges!

Watch Out Tepetlisaur Goalies

Watch Out for Tepetlisaur Goalies

By the 3rd stage, the opponent will bring in reinforcements: Tepetlisaur goalies. Hitting a Tepetlisaur will bounce the bomb back to your side.

Be sure to avoid them at any cost and time your shots right!
