If you hypothetically wanted to, then you'd build her full atk and place in a team with C6 Bennett, so that she could deal at least some damage with her basic attacks. Realistically, that would be a waste of her potential. Literally wait for Flins or use an actual electro-dps instead.
If I hypothetically wanted to make her my dps, what should I do? What team comps?

They are close to Layla. If we consider that your Layla has (35k HP + C1 + Millelith set) = 11-13k shield. And your Ineffa has (2000 ATK) = 11k shield. I didn't count Layla's 1st passive and C3.
Still on the fence about her. Really would like to know just how good her shields are.
is she better shielder than layla? in terms of strength of shield alone, disregarding elements, electro apprication, etc.
but its passive doesn't buff Lunar-Charged DMG I think
The problem with Dragon's Bane is its low base atk, but it sure works if you got enough atk (2000+)
Basically, new sets require for 2 chars from Nod-krai to fully work (like Natlan support set, but it required only 1 Natlanese char). If you're okay with that, then wait for the new domain.
would there be any point in farming for that set atm? why wouldnt i just wait til new domain . . .
I never said it changes combat strength. I don't like the mechanic. Phlogiston is gone outside Natlan so the extra exploration stuff is now moot. Pulling for characters that have mechanics tied to only one zone didn't appeal to me.
They released her too soon, they should've launched in the next version along with aino.
Citlali is far from over rated her shields are solid she does solid damage with decent application she shreds. She is one of the strongest support units in the game without question. Xilonen is also one of the stronggest support units in the game and Imo I wouldn't even bother running mauvika without both of them. Xilonen can be slotted into almost any team and pairs insanely well with furina. So xilonen is better from that standpoint.
Nah, Ineffa isn't made for Chasca. She's better off with someone like Ifa, who shreds res and boosts her with his passive. I mean, you can give the Viridescent Venerer set to Chasca, but what's the point of using her at all then. Not even talking that Ineffa is the first char of the region, she's made for future characters. It's funny, because her own artifact set isn't even out yet.
